Marketing Manager, Advisor Experience How does the role impact the organization? We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Advisor Experience team. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our top-performing financial advisors, helping them elevate their brand and marketing presence through tailored, high-impact client and prospect marketing solutions . You’ll collaborate across our in-house marketing team and other stakeholders—spanning design, digital, social media, media relations, corporate content, supervision, compliance and branch managers—to deliver seamless, integrated marketing solutions that reflect the Raymond James brand and drive measurable engagement and lead-generation results for advisors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with agency-side experience (preferred) and a passion for client service to make a meaningful impact in the growing wealth management space.

What will your role be responsible for?

  • Lead advisor marketing intake and project coordination, ensuring clear communication of requests, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Act as a brand steward, reviewing and advising on edits to advisor marketing materials to reflect creative and copy best practices, and alignment with brand and compliance standards.
  • Provide strategic marketing guidance to advisors, while collaborating with other marketing subject matter experts, to help advisors position their practices in a professional, client-centric, and differentiated way.
  • Analyze advisor needs and marketing trends to identify scalable solutions, workflow improvements, and creative opportunities.
  • Support advisor training and enablement, including a quarterly training series, toolkit development, and troubleshooting support.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, such as competitive reviews, presentation development, and enhancements to our advisor service model.

What do we expect from you?

  • 3–5 years of progressive professional marketing experience, ideally in a hybrid of agency and in-house roles.
  • Experience in financial services (ideally wealth management) or professional services is strongly preferred.
  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English is a must, with the ability to effectively articulate and present ideas to senior team members and advisors. French proficiency considered an asset.
  • Experience in traditional, print, digital, email and social marketing, with demonstrated experience and interest in emerging technologies like generative AI.
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Excel and developing PowerPoint Presentations.
  • A sharp eye for design and branding, with solid knowledge of creative best practices and creative briefs.
  • A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering value and building relationships.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
