Job Description
We are transforming into a customer-centric sustainable mobility company and are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team. The Project Management Office (PMO) is a critical function of the Cross Carline & Project Engineering Team and is responsible for oversight of common processes and methods used to achieve technical, quality, timing, and cost targets. The PMO Planning Specialist is responsible for supporting the Platform and Project Planning Manager in the achievement of project timing, labor, and investment objectives of the vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the general and detailed (by phase) scheduling of projects/programs to ensure timing consistency in execution. Monitor the status of parts from sourcing through TKO. Create and manage bulletins and bulletin responses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create governance decks for product action requests. Facilitate PMT and Program Review meetings. Manage vehicle build plans and delivery to support vehicle validation requirements. Manage the commercial launch plan (volumes and dates) with Brand(s), Plant(s), and the Purchasing Department. Escalate issues and roadblocks promptly while driving issue resolution. Monitor Engineering Research & Development (ER&D) spending and engineering resources per the approved spending plan. Work closely with the Vehicle Project Team, Platform & Modules Teams Planning Manager, Chief Project Engineer (CVE), and PMO Planning Supervisor. Be available to work on-site at the Windsor Assembly Plants up to five days a week, as business needs require.
The expected base salary range for this position is $40 – $44 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
