Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Program Assistant - Operations & Customer Success, based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), supporting B2C & B2B/G customers by phone, email or online.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Operations & e-Commerce, the Program Assistant will work closely with stakeholders across CHS to provide product quotations, process sales orders, estimates for out-of-warranty repairs, returns for warranty replacements and purchase orders, and manage inventory/logistics to achieve revenue goals. They will also work with CHS’ reseller and channel partner network, liaise and support internal and external stakeholders to support growth plans, and drive incremental sales volume.

This is a contract, full-time unionized Hybrid position working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-5 years’ related experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer support. Knowledge of accessibility and communication solutions for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities (e.g. assistive listening devices and alerting systems, interpretation services, etc.) and an understanding of audiology clinics and channels would be an asset.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in customer service, combined with strong organizational and presentation skills, as well as fluency in English and French in both spoken and written communications. A sense of urgency is required, as well as the ability to handle a pressurized environment and manage a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines.

CHS requires you to be legally eligible for employment in Canada (Proof of legal ability to work in Canada will be required if a contingent offer of employment is made.)
