 As a trusted advisor and execution lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering strategic priorities across the organisation. You will translate vision into action ensuring projects are well‑structured, effectively managed, and successfully delivered.

 The Strategic Initiatives Manager will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to define and deliver key organisational priorities, translating strategy into clear, actionable plans and leading high‑impact initiatives from concept through to execution. This role acts as a trusted advisor to the C‑suite, bringing structure to complex challenges and supporting decision‑making through strong analysis, business cases, and recommendations.

 You will lead cross‑functional projects by establishing governance, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring accountability across teams. The role also involves developing business cases, conducting research and benchmarking, and providing data‑driven insights to support strategic decisions.

In addition, you will engage stakeholders across the organisation, facilitate planning discussions, and support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. A key focus will be identifying opportunities for operational improvement, driving efficiency, and embedding best practices, while monitoring performance through clear KPIs and regular leadership reporting.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

  • Experience developing business cases and strategic recommendations

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High level of organisation, accountability, and attention to detail
