Reports to: Master Data & ERP Manager
Responsibilities
-
Perform daily and weekly analysis to measure operational effectiveness.

Calculate consumption for all manufacturing orders and any associated losses.
-
Update andmaintaindata onbillof materials, ensure accuracy in the ERP system.

Working with the team to archive production runs withingiventime frame.
-
Train team members on day-to-day scanning tasks whereverrequired.
-
Communicate and present your analysis to management as needed.

Coordinate withtheProduction andWarehouse team tomaintainaccuratestaged inventory.

Coordinate/manage relevant projects for customers.

Compliancewith all rules & policiesregardinghealth safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.

Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.

Other duties as assigned.
Profile
- Bachelor ofBusiness Administrationor Commerceor relatedfieldisrequired. Degree or diploma relating to accounting preferred.
- 0-2 years of working experience in a related role isrequired.
- Strong analytical skillsand ability to conduct data miningand analysis.
- Intermediate level of ability specific to Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- High levelof written and verbal communication.
- NB: Successful candidates willbe requiredto provide photo ID, banking details, a valid SIN number, and (if applicable) a valid work permit.
