Role Description The French Tutor role at YouLearnt is a remote position focused on delivering engaging, live French language lessons to learners of varying levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting virtual classes, tailoring lesson plans to individual or group needs, and using YouLearnt’s online tools for content sharing, quizzes, and progress tracking. The tutor will provide clear explanations of grammar and vocabulary, facilitate conversation practice, and offer regular feedback to support learner improvement. Additional tasks may involve preparing learning materials, communicating with learners and institutions about schedules and goals, and maintaining a professional, inclusive online classroom environment.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong French Teaching and Tutoring skills, with the ability to structure lessons and adapt to different proficiency levels. Candidates should possess Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build rapport, engage learners, and explain concepts clearly. Candidates should possess Online Tutoring experience and comfort with virtual classroom tools, including video conferencing and digital learning resources. Relevant qualifications such as a degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or related field, or recognized language teaching certifications (e.g., FLE) are beneficial.
