About the role

Clean Harbors Thorold, ON is currently hiring a Service Representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for variety of administrative tasks, including Payroll, Account Payable, Receivables and submitting expense reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner always;
  • Support payroll, accounts payable, dispatch, and training;
  • Verify Payroll Data Entry;
  • Weekly Payroll reconciliations;
  • Vouchering invoices for payment;
  • Creating Purchase Orders for the Branch;
  • Submitting Expense reports for field employees;
  • Scanning and entering backup and other required paperwork into the system;
  • Accurate daily data entry;
  • Monthly reconciliation of expense reports;
  • Assist with month end reporting;
  • Support and manage Learning Management System;
  • Book 3rd Party regulatory training for field employees;
  • Support Branch with onboarding for turnaround workforce;
  • Cross-train and support other branches with administrative tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years year payroll/billing experience preferred;

  • 1+ years customer service experience preferred;

  • Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel required;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required;

  • Effective organizational and time management skills required;

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
