What You’ll Do
- Lead business optimization strategies, aligning them with company goals.
- Analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to improve workflows.
- Use data insights to design and implement smart, sustainable solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change projects.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, on time and on budget.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training and workshops.
What You Bring
- Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years in business optimization or process improvement—ideally in waste management or environmental services.
- Strong Lean/Six Sigma skills with proven project management experience.
- Advanced data analysis capabilities and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
- Passion for sustainability and innovation.
