We are looking for a Business Applications Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of our enterprise applications stack, including Accounting, Project Management, HR, CRM, Microsoft 365/Power Platform, and other critical SaaS tools. This role is central to how we scale, ensuring our applications are secure, reliable, and aligned with the needs of our teams. You will set the big-picture direction for our business applications and be in the details—owning the roadmap and architecture, working hands-on with configuration, data quality, and process improvements, and stepping in to handle system administration whenever needed to keep things running smoothly.
You will partner with leaders across the business to deliver continuous improvements to our business applications that enable key objectives, streamline processes, improve decision-making, and unlock measurable impact. What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap for our business applications and ensure tools evolve with the business
- Lead system configurations, integrations, and enhancements across platforms
- Scale the use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform for automation, analytics, and collaboration
- Define and implement data standards, permissions, and governance
- Establish SLAs and drive continuous improvement in reliability, support, and user adoption
- Manage vendors, contracts, and licenses to maximize value and efficiency
- Lead change management, UAT, and training to ensure successful rollouts
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications or delivering technology solutions
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting, Project Management, and HRIS systems
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint
- Expertise in change management, data governance, and IT service delivery
- Experience building or managing integrations, delivering training, and creating and leading application roadmaps and continuous improvements
- A self-starting, collaborative mindset with the ability to connect business objectives with technology outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling IT in a high-growth and/or professional services organization
- Background integrating SaaS ecosystems using iPaaS (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato)
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Kantata, UKG, SAP Concur or CRM platforms
- Experience with AI tools, data warehousing, BI strategy and dashboard creation
- A track record of driving end-user adoption and successful change initiatives
- People management experience
