Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage daily administrative operations, support office staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Manage correspondence, scheduling, and filing systems
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and presentations as required
Support management with administrative tasks and project coordination
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office support role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
