About the role

Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in enabling and supporting Moneris' strategic partnerships. You will resolve moderate to complex operational issues across partner management, support, and business development—delivered through phone, email, and virtual channels. Working autonomously within established practices, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and optimize resource use.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—such as Finance, Sales, Legal, Data Platforms, and Relationship Management—to ensure partner requirements and contractual obligations are met. You will also leads training initiatives for new and updated support processes, maintain compliance with corporate policies, and develop documentation to support knowledge sharing across the partner operations team.

Contract Term: 6 months.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship : You will report to Manager, Partner Operations.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Support and troubleshoot moderate to complex partner operations issues related to partner management, support, and business development by phone, email and virtually.
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies, automation or streamlining of work to ensure optimization of resources and people.
  • Work autonomously within established precedents and practices.
  • Help deliver new solutions to complex problems where precedent may not exist
  • Take an active/lead role in the training for new and updated support processes and services for all aspects of partner operations support teams.
  • Document training, process and procedure guides, and knowledge base material to ensure partner operations team members have the resources they require to provide optimum service.
  • Maintain partner education content across the organization ensuring compliance with external and internal facing content

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 years related experience in an end-user enablement or support role
  • Proficient in administration, monitoring, and support for a variety of end-user deployment systems, end user applications, collaboration and productivity platforms, and operating systems on variety of end-user devices including desktops, laptops and mobile devices
  • Proficient in end user technologies including end user devices including desktops, laptops and mobile devices, VDI, and Virtual Application, collaboration and productivity platforms, as well as management and deployment tools.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to collaborate and deliver results cross functionally.
