This role is with Taggart Realty Management, focused on acquiring, developing and managing residential, office and commercial property. Taggart Realty Management has a consistently large number of new projects being developed at one time, each at varying stages of the construction process. The projects are focused in the Ottawa and Kingston marketplaces.

You have a deep passion for customer experience, complemented by hands-on experience in commercial property management. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills have allowed you to build strong, collaborative relationships with tenants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers. You are proficient in issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, collecting rent, and tracking expenses. Additionally, you excel in communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and have experience in crafting correspondence as well as maintaining online database records.
To thrive in this position, you should possess at least 2 years of experience in property administration and demonstrate keen attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level is essential, while familiarity with Yardi is a valued bonus. It's crucial to maintain confidentiality and manage situations with diplomacy and professionalism. We will consider a combination of education and relevant experience.

After recognizing an opportunity in servicing the land for new home construction, Harold decided to start a construction company specializing in infrastructure. He founded Taggart Construction in 1948. With enthusiasm, hard work, and a dedicated team of employees, Taggart Construction flourished and provided the momentum needed for the continued growth of the Taggart Group of Companies. Harold’s children and grandchildren have since joined the business, adding new companies and expanding the scope of services offered.
