What we are looking for:

Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC is currently seeking a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our Sales team.

As the final step in the customer journey, the Vehicle Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring each customer has a seamless, professional, and memorable delivery experience. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the vehicle delivery process—from scheduling to final handoff—while maintaining a high standard of presentation and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule all vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth and timely process for customers
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery, confirming all required documentation, keys, accessories, and features are ready
  • Conduct thorough vehicle handovers, reviewing key features and ensuring customers are comfortable with their new vehicle
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure vehicles are fully prepared and delivery-ready
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery timing, expectations, and any updates
  • Ensure all delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant prior to handover
  • Maintain delivery schedules and track vehicle readiness to meet customer expectations
  • Address and resolve any last-minute delivery issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience that reflects the dealership’s standardsOther duties as assigned by management.
