The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction this project from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and quality standards.

Vancouver based role.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans. Prepare, review, and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reporting. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site personnel. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays, budget variances, or quality issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, permits, and company policies. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project specifications. Review and approve contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation. Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, contracts, scheduling, and project management principles. Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Proficiency with project management and construction software

Six figure salary open to discussion based on experience level.
