Crown Autobody and Glass Collision Centre has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Shipper/Receiver to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and is looking for long-term growth within the automotive industry.

Our Shipper/Receivers work closely with our Collision Centre teams and become highly familiar with our inventory, processes, and systems. This role offers strong development opportunities into other positions within the organization.

After an initial 90-day training period, success in this role means:

  • Completing daily shipping and receiving tasks with minimal supervision

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records

  • Providing excellent internal and external customer service

  • Demonstrating a positive, team-focused attitude aligned with company values

What You’ll Do

  • Ship and receive parts orders and verify shipping documentation

  • Track, organize, and manage inventory, including correcting discrepancies and negative on-hand counts

  • Fulfill parts requests for technicians in a timely manner

  • Track core charges and follow up on returns

  • Explain the benefits of OEM parts when interacting with customers

  • Interact professionally with retail, wholesale, and internal customers

  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to lift 50 LLBs or more

  • Flexibility with work hours, including the ability to work occasional Saturdays
