Cardinal Kia, part of the Northern Roads Auto Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, optimizing service operations, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
What you'll do:

Oversee daily operations of the Service Department, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Lead, coach, and motivate service advisors and technicians to meet performance targets and maintain high morale.

Manage scheduling, productivity, and repair order flow to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Build strong relationships with customers, handle escalated service concerns, and ensure follow-up for complete satisfaction.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including CSI, RO count, gross profit, and technician efficiency.

Collaborate with Parts and Sales departments to promote dealership synergy and customer retention.

Maintain compliance with manufacturer warranty policies, service procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Identify and implement process improvements to drive growth and customer loyalty.
What we're looking for:

3+ years of automotive service management experience.
-
Kia or import brand experience is an asset.
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-
Proven track record of achieving service department goals.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Working knowledge of PBS or similar DMS software.
-
Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean abstract.

310s Certification is an asset.
