About the role
The Senior Program Manager is a highly visible role responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of solutions for Digital Data Networks’ (DDN) AI / hyperscale customers and ecosystem partners. This role ensures cross-functional alignment, accelerates new product introductions, and champions execution excellence with agility and accountability. Success requires strong influencing skills across diverse stakeholders including Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
This position will begin as a remote role and will transition to a hybrid schedule. Candidates must be located in one of the following areas:
- Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
- Rochester, New York, USA
Only candidates residing in these locations will be considered.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program planning and drive cross-functional execution to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
- Manage program pipeline, schedules, risks, and dependencies for NPI and next-generation solutions.
- Own program risk, change, and escalation management with clear communication and work with core team for resolution paths.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams, customers, and ecosystem partners.
- Inspire and hold stakeholders accountable to push boundaries, think beyond the conventional, and turn innovative ideas into measurable outcomes through focused execution
- Collaborate with customer facing team to engage directly with customers to build confidence, shape expectations, and maintain alignment on deliverables, milestones, and success metrics
- Cultivate constructive tension when needed to challenge assumptions, align priorities, and accelerate decision-making process
- Partner with PMO to ensure consistent tools, processes, and governance.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

What your background should look like
Qualifications
- 12+ years in program, customer, or technical program management, ideally in AI, hyperscale, silicon, or interconnect industries. Experience with Optics is strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing large-scale, complex programs across global cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to lead through influence in fast-paced and global environments.
- Experience with manufacturing operations and product development lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; PMP/PgMP (or equivalent) preferred.
- Skilled in risk management, program scheduling, and critical path analysis.
- Technically adept with a strong grasp of engineering strategy, operations, and portfolio management.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $128,100 – $192,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
