About the role
PURPOSE:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating field activities for infrastructure projects, including telecommunications, energy and other assigned initiatives. The role ensures proper execution, schedule compliance, construction quality, field data accuracy and alignment with applicable technical, regulatory, HSE and contractual standards.
FUNCTIONS:

Supervise field execution of infrastructure projects, including telecommunications, energy, civil works and any other project assigned by the team, ensuring schedule, quality, technical specifications and applicable standards are met.

Coordinate contractors, vendors and internal areas such as Engineering, Site Acquisition and Project Management to ensure efficient execution of project activities.

Monitor and manage critical project activities, including permitting, construction, energization/interconnection, testing, site acceptance and close-out administrative, technical and financial

Validate physical progress on site versus project plans and internal tracking tools, including Sitetracker or other internal systems, ensuring accuracy, traceability and data integrity.

Identify, manage and escalate operational risks, deviations and field issues, defining corrective actions and mitigation plans to protect key milestones.
-
Participate in field progress meetings and project follow-up sessions, reporting progress, critical issues, mitigation plans, milestone compliance and key operational KPIs.

Ensure compliance with applicable HSE, regulatory, technical and quality standards according to each project type and market requirements.

Coordinate construction acceptance and final handover processes, validating technical deliverables, close-out documentation and contractual compliance.

Control project documentation and close-out packages, ensuring completeness, quality and availability for audit, client acceptance and handover to Operations.

Monitor execution KPIs, including physical progress, productivity, cycle times, schedule adherence, quality performance and closure of pending items.

Support the Project Manager in the end-to-end execution of the assigned portfolio, contributing to delivery objectives related to time, cost and quality.

Adapt execution methodologies and field coordination practices according to the infrastructure type, including energy, civil, telecommunications or other assigned initiatives.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Role with high field exposure, frequent visits to worksites and direct coordination with local teams, contractors and vendors. Requires mobility within the assigned market and a combination of field supervision and administrative activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience supervising and executing infrastructure construction projects, preferably in telecommunications, energy, civil works or similar environments.

Knowledge of the full project cycle: permitting, construction, energization/interconnection, testing, acceptance, close-out and handover.
-
Experience coordinating multiple contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary internal teams.
-
Ability to validate physical progress in the field and reconcile field status with tracking systems and internal reports.
-
Proficiency with project control and tracking tools, including advanced Excel and project management systems MS Project, CAD, D365.
-
Strong capability to identify operational risks, resolve field issues and escalate deviations with clear mitigation plans.

Knowledge of applicable HSE, regulatory and quality standards for infrastructure projects.
-
Effective bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven profile, with ability to operate in dynamic field environments.
