An Initial AI Screening will be conducted for this role.

Contract Duration: ASAP – Dec 31st -2 days in office per week.

Typical Day in Role: Translate strategy into actionable deliverables, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and drive secure-by-default and shift-left principles across AI Security workstreams. Work closely with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to plan and deliver security tooling; actively participate in Agile ceremonies and resolve delivery blockers. Align with compliance, risk, and audit teams to integrate control requirements; support governance forums and communicate delivery progress. Define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate vendor onboarding and validation activities. Track delivery metrics, analyze adoption and value realization, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Monitor milestones, risks, and decisions; assist with release planning and feature implementation. Tune tools based on feedback and risk exposure; support control design to address vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.

Must Have Skills: 3-5 years experience in a Product/ Project Management (or equivalent) capacity required 3+ years of experience in Information Security or Information Technology 1-2 years experience in working with Regulatory, Compliance, Risk and Audit functions Experience in working with complex processes

Nice-To-Have Skills: Previous experience on Financial principles of large enterprise organization

Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong planning and organizational skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Willing to learn and grow, and demonstrates resilience to ever-changing priorities

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field.
