About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Information Technology, the IT Project Manager will coordinate internal resources and vendors for the execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

What You'll be Doing:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

What's Required:

• University Degree, preferably in the field of Computer Science or Engineering for technical project managers.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a project administrator in the Information Technology sector.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is required.
• A strong background in business management, budgeting and analysis.
• Solid technical knowledge, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A demonstrated commitment to service excellence and quality.
• The ability to work in a team environment, liaise with key external and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization and to function effectively with minimal supervision.
• Professional, proven customer service with well-developed interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
