About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Information Technology, the IT Project Manager will coordinate internal resources and vendors for the execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
What You'll be Doing:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
What's Required:
- University Degree, preferably in the field of Computer Science or Engineering for technical project managers.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a project administrator in the Information Technology sector.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is required.
- A strong background in business management, budgeting and analysis.
- Solid technical knowledge, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A demonstrated commitment to service excellence and quality.
- The ability to work in a team environment, liaise with key external and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization and to function effectively with minimal supervision.
- Professional, proven customer service with well-developed interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Hours: 35 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: St. Catharines, ON
Work Mode: Hybrid (50% or more remote)
