About the role
Description Who You Are You are a self-motivated, strategic, and collaborative product marketing professional. You understand how to bridge the gap between payments and the unique needs of hospitals, health systems, clinics, and other healthcare organizations. As a Product Marketing Manager, with a focus on integrated payment solutions in the healthcare market, you will develop product messaging, positioning, audience personas, collateral and sales enablement, and contribute to lead gen and events initiatives. You can translate technical information from product teams into clear, compelling messaging that aligns with the evolving demands of the healthcare industry and supports a consultative sales process and lead generation. This role will require a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, our products, markets, competitors and target audiences.
What Part Will You Play? Key functional responsibilities include product marketing strategy, audience identification and prioritization,go-to-market strategy, product positioning and messaging, sales enablement, content and key event support.
- Clearly define the value proposition, ideal customer profile and key differentiators of your portfolio of solutions to the market, enabling consistent, comprehensive messaging across audiences, partners and channels
- Collaborate with product strategy, revenue and other functionalized marketing teams on the go-to-market strategy for product and feature releases in your product portfolio
- Partner with the product strategy team to successfully launch new and expanded products to drive adoption, generate leads, create or maximize cross-sell opportunities, and leverage loyalty to existing products
- Lead the development of product positioning materials, including product messaging, solution sheets, presentations, webinar content, sales enablement materials, email campaigns, and other product marketing content
- Work across the marketing department to develop lead gen campaign strategies to support new business, expansion sales, and international business
- Partnering with marketing teams to build healthcare-specific campaigns and content to drive pipeline growth, retention, and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitoring market trends, industry regulations, and the competitive landscape in the healthcare space to inform messaging and product positioning
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years marketing (preferably SaaS or enterprise software) with a focus on product marketing
- Bilingual French/English required
- Bachelor's Degree, combination of relevant training and/or experience in lieu of degree
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and ecosystem
- Fintech, payments and experience marketing to large scale businesses and software partners is preferred
- Storytelling, writing, and presentation skills—able to simplify complex topics for both internal and external audiences
- Strong collaborator with the ability to influence across product, sales, and marketing functions
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using data and insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes

Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups, both internal and external.
Supervision – Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
