We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist our Service and Sales teams with a variety of administrative and reception work including service warranty. What drives your day-to-day? Manage data entry, formatting, editing, proofreading of various documents and other related tasks Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communication Provide general administrative support and support the general organizational administrative function as required Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly concerning their insurance claim(s) Outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments (Estimates and Repairs) Outbound calls to customers with status updates Assist with customer appointment check-ins and customer deliveries Update internal systems with detailed/accurate notes Assist with in person customer service as well as office work What Are The Must-haves… Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail 1 year of customer service Excellent computer skills in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Outstanding organizational and customer service skills A performance-driven attitude to accomplish all tasks with minimal supervision Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information Ability to speak French is an asset The Perks. What you’ll do

Provide administrative and reception support for the Service and Sales teams, including managing data entry and document formatting. Handle customer communications, schedule appointments, and assist with in-person customer check-ins and deliveries.

Requirements

Requires at least one year of customer service experience and proficiency in MS Office. A post-secondary degree in Business Administration and the ability to speak French are considered assets.
