Summary Reporting to the SVP, Finance the Consultant – Finance Optimization will be responsible for leading high-priority, non routine financial initiatives to drive process automation and streamlining within Finance. Primary Scope Of Role Scope, project manage and drive the execution of AP projects, specifically starting with the centralization of the AP function. Own end to end delivery of all assigned projects: Initial analysis Process documentation (AP workflows) end to end Executive presentations (highlighting opportunity and savings) Collaborate and gain alignment with business partners across GIP Project Governance: Defining objectives, managing budgets, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders. Strategic Advisory: Collaborating with stakeholders and providing analysis on financial matters affecting the business or mission. Position Requirements University degree in a related discipline. CPA or equivalent experience (7+) years of experience in financial leadership Subject matter expert implementing controls Outcome-focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyze and visualize to ensure continuous improvement across our business. Ability to connect and interact with people to seek different perspectives. Superb communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities. Demonstrate versatility and resourcefulness in overcoming business challenges. What We Offer Expected Base Salary: $165,000 per year. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location and market expectations. Career growth and advancement opportunities.
