Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with a leading financial institution, is seeking dynamic individuals to lead our rapidly growing Sales and Field Marketing team to promote and educate consumers. The District Manager plays a critical role in driving operational success and delivering impactful results. This position is responsible for overseeing and guiding sales representatives who operate in the field by training, empowering, and leading a team of representatives in their designated region. Provide effective leadership to the sales team, setting clear expectations, performance goals, and offering regular feedback to help team members excel in their roles. Conduct proactive coaching to drive the results of all existing staff, ensuring high-performance levels Lead the successful onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they graduate at a high-performing level with excellent product knowledge Work under the guidance of the Territory Manager to strategically optimize results, leading to high direct profitability in the region Regularly analyze sales performance data to provide insights into trends and track individual and team performance metrics Recognize recruitment store needs and effectively communicate weekly with the Talent Acquisition Team Participate in the recruitment process for new Field Sales Representatives and facilitate their smooth integration and training into the team Encourage team members to access the Learning Management System for training materials and empower them to take ownership of their job and success Build authentic relationships with team members to motivate and encourage high performance consistently Support check-ins and check-outs for the Territory Manager on key day Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization through excellent written, oral, and presentation skills Manage technology assigned to staff and provide technical support as needed Guarantee adherence to all store compliance standards, actively pinpointing opportunities for enhancing processes and systems Attend to customer concerns promptly, ensuring timely resolution with positive results Cultivate enthusiasm for the product lineup through expertise and advocacy for the brand 2+ years of Sales and Management experience in field sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to prioritize effectively, manage effectively multiple projects with tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in partnership with the senior leadership team to identify strategic solutions Manage technology assigned to staff and provide technical support as needed Strong leadership and team management skills Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities Ability to be able to travel within various regions/store locations as needed for training, mentoring and field visits Full time schedule Competitive salary (uncapped) Ongoing training and development opportunities Exciting opportunities for career advancement Health Care Spending Account Salary Range $55,000-$70,000
