Electrical Assembler Location: Milton, ON Pay Rate: $22/hr to $25/hr Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Job Type: Full-Time Arrow Workforce Solutions is hiring an Electrical Assembler to join a manufacturing team specializing in custom switchboards. The successful candidate will be responsible for wiring, mounting, testing, and troubleshooting electrical components and sub-assemblies. Why Join Us? Determine how and where to run, connect, and terminate wires for electrical devices. Mount and wire electrical components within switchboard structures. Work with breakers, meters, relays, sensors, PLCs, switches, CTs, and other electrical components. Identify design issues in schematics and report them through the appropriate channels. Follow proper voltage separation, current levels, and industry-standard colour coding. Perform continuity checks, wire pull tests, and other functional tests. Repair or rework wiring and components when issues are identified. Follow applicable CSA and UL codes and safety procedures. Perform other duties as required. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in medium to complex, non-standard wiring. Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams. Experience laying out, mounting, wiring, and troubleshooting industrial power and control components. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety procedures. Understanding of different electrical connection methods and proper techniques. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools is an asset. Strong attention to quality and safety. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
