Location New Westminster/Coquitlam Campus Salary Range $31.14 per hour (with wage increments to a max of $34.96 per hour). Salary and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement. What It Takes Working knowledge of current mathematics software and graphing technology. Demonstrated experience speaking to groups and preparing written materials and explanatory solutions for mathematics labs. Good working knowledge of the English language (written and verbal). A demonstrated ability to: maintain current knowledge in the field of post-secondary Mathematics education. respond to student questions in a broad range of post-secondary Mathematics courses. effectively convey mathematics problem solving techniques to post-secondary students. effectively adapt explanations to meet the needs of a variety of learners. communicate courteously and effectively in person, in writing, and over the telephone with students, faculty, administrators, staff and the public. Additional Information For the Full Job Description, click here . There are two temporary part-time positions available starting September 8, 2026, to December 19, 2026. Regular hours of work are Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm. Shift days and times may change depending on the Department’s need. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required. The first position is 15 hours per week located at the New Westminster campus. Thesecond position is 15 hours per week located at the Coquitlam campus. Successful candidate must be available for occasional work at both the New Westminster/Coquitlam campuses.

Requirements
