An international law firm recognized for its expertise in litigation and business law is seeking a lawyer to join its Montreal litigation team. The firm advises Canadian and international clients on strategic matters involving insurance law, construction, civil and professional liability, as well as commercial litigation. The Role As a Litigation Lawyer, you will be actively involved in a broad range of matters, both in defence and plaintiff-side litigation. You will participate in all stages of litigation mandates, from strategy development to courtroom representation. You will work closely with partners, lawyers, experts and clients in a fast-paced bilingual environment. What you’ll do

The lawyer will manage a broad range of civil, commercial, and professional litigation matters from strategy development to courtroom representation. Key duties include drafting pleadings, conducting examinations, and advising clients on insurance and construction liability.

Requirements

Candidates must be a member in good standing of the Québec Bar with 3 to 7 years of relevant litigation experience. Fluency in both French and English and strong analytical and advocacy skills are required.
