As a Maintenance Person, you help ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and operating efficiently. You’ll support our site teams by performing essential upkeep, minor repairs, and seasonal tasks that help maintain the professional appearance and function of our properties. What You’ll Do * Maintain Cleanliness – Ensure offices, washrooms, hallways, and driveways are clean, sanitized, and presentable. * General Facility Maintenance Tasks - Tackle small repairs like fixing doors, replacing light bulbs, and lubricating locks. Keep the outside of the facility property looking tidy and accessible to customers. Skid and package deliveries, use of pump trucks. * Identify Safety & Security Issues – Report any hazards or facility issues to the Site Manager. Stay alert to any unusual activity after hours and report concerns accordingly. * Support Site Teams – Work alongside Site staff to prioritize daily and seasonal maintenance tasks which include minor landscaping and clearing of snow. Qualifications & Requirements * 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, janitorial work, landscaping, or a similar role. * Comfortable with physically demanding tasks (lifting, climbing ladders, outdoor work). * Availability for weekday work, with some flexibility for occasional weekend or after-hours needs. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required based on site location. What you’ll do

The maintenance person is responsible for ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and presentable through regular upkeep and minor repairs. They also support site teams with seasonal tasks, deliveries, and reporting safety hazards.

Requirements

Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, janitorial, or landscaping roles and be comfortable with physically demanding tasks. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, along with the ability to work flexible hours.
