The Drive Ahead: • Greet parts customers and understand their needs • Provide accurate parts quotes, place orders, and manage invoicing • Look up and identify the correct parts and accessories for powersports products • Assist customers with parts selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations • Coordinate parts availability with technicians when required • Maintain inventory accuracy and support parts stock processes • Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and core processing • Follow up with customers regarding parts orders and availability Performance Essentials: • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dealership parts role • Knowledge of the powersports market, including ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, and related parts and accessories • Strong customer service and communication skills, in person and by phone • Experience using DMS systems like PBS or CDK preferred (must be comfortable working in these systems) • Solid knowledge of parts, accessories, and parts-ordering processes • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract • Full-time availability (8:30am - 5:30pm), Tuesday to Saturday Bannister Accessories: • Competitive wages based on industry benchmarks and experience • Extended benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care • Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support • Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized • Ongoing training and professional development Bannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace. What you’ll do

The Parts Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with parts selection, providing accurate quotes, and managing orders. They also maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with technicians to ensure parts availability.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a dealership parts role and a strong understanding of the powersports market. Proficiency in DMS systems and a valid driver's license are also required.
