Payroll Specialist (Contract | On-Site | Richmond Hill) Details Contract: 6 months (with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion) Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site (5 Days per Week) Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario Rate: $21-23 per hour Key Responsibilities • Process payroll transactions accurately and within established payroll deadlines • Validate, review, and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and data integrity • Investigate payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll issues promptly • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders • Support payroll compliance requirements and payroll-related controls • Collaborate with Payroll, Human Resources, and Finance teams to support payroll operations What You Bring • Minimum 2-3 years of payroll experience supporting U.S. and/or Canadian payroll operations • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Strong knowledge of payroll practices, regulations, and compliance requirements • Experience auditing payroll data and reconciling payroll results • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • PCP, FPC, or payroll certification considered an asset What You Need to Do Now If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
