Generation Fertility is a reproductive medicine clinic with locations across Vaughan/New Market, Toronto West, and Waterloo, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and couples on their path to parenthood. Our multidisciplinary team combines clinical excellence with a warm, patient-centred approach, supporting patients through every stage of fertility assessment and treatment, from initial consultation through to IUI and IVF care. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team, supporting patients across our Vaughan/New Market and Toronto West locations. This is a hybrid role upon becoming fully trained, combining in-clinic patient care with remote work-from-home days. Working under the supervision of our Reproductive Endocrinologists and Infertility Specialists, the PA will provide comprehensive clinical care to fertility patients, including consultations, diagnostic procedures, treatment cycle management, and patient education and support, all delivered with sensitivity to the emotional demands of fertility care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessment & Consultations Conduct comprehensive patient histories, physical examinations, and fertility evaluations for new and follow-up patients. Complete virtual (telephone/video) consults as needed. Diagnose and help manage common acute and chronic conditions relevant to reproductive health. Diagnostic & Therapeutic Procedures Possibly perform intrauterine inseminations (IUI) under physician supervision. Perform procedures such as administering injections and endometrial biopsies. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging. Treatment Plan Management Coordinate and manage ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF treatment protocols in collaboration with supervising physicians. Develop and implement patient treatment plans, adjusting in consultation with the physician team. Prescribe medications and therapies within the PA scope of practice. Patient Education & Support Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, medication protocols, and preventative healthcare. Provide compassionate emotional support and counseling throughout the fertility journey. Clinical Administration & Compliance Accurately document all patient encounters and maintain up-to-date medical records in the EMR. Track lab and imaging results, and maintain compliance with CPSO guidelines and clinic policy. Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and patient referrals as needed. Coordination Across Clinics Work across Generation Fertility's Vaughan/New Market and Toronto West locations as scheduled, providing consistent care to patients at each site. Collaborate with onsite teams at each clinic to maintain a consistent standard of care across all locations. Complete virtual (telephone/video) consults and administrative work on remote/work-from-home days. Team Collaboration Work closely with physicians, nurses, laboratory staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care. Participate in clinic meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education. Participate in research activities and attend relevant conferences and professional events as opportunities arise. Qualifications & Experience Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (e.g., McMaster University, University of Toronto, or Consortium PA Program). Certification: Canadian Certified Physician Assistant (CCPA) designation from CAPA, or active certification with CAPA/PACCC. Licensure: Current registration in good standing, eligible to practice as a Physician Assistant in Ontario. Experience: Prior clinical experience preferred; experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Women's Health, or Reproductive Endocrinology strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency with EMR systems; familiarity with gynecological ultrasound techniques an asset. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, sound judgment, and the ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential patient information.

Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant program with CCPA designation and registration to practice in Ontario. Prior experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology or Reproductive Endocrinology is strongly preferred.
