Position Description This role requires you to work from our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) and/or the client office a minimum of 2 days per week, subject to change based on business and client requirements. Position Overview We are seeking a QE Automation Analyst with experience in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) applications to support enterprise testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LCTR, Selenium, SQL, GitHub Copilot, and Agile delivery, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Your future duties and responsibilities Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for AML applications. Develop and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing. Validate AML workflows, including Large Cash Transaction Reporting (LCTR) processes. Execute backend data validation using SQL. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and develop test scenarios. Track defects using Jira and maintain project documentation in Confluence. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Leverage GitHub Copilot to improve test automation productivity and code quality. Report testing pogress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders. Support continuous improvement of automation frameworks and QA processes. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Experience testing AML (Anti-Money Laundering) applications. Hands-on experience with LCTR (Large Cash Transaction Reporting). Strong automation experience using Selenium. Experience using GitHub Copilot. Strong SQL skills for backend data validation. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience creating or enhancing LCTR automation frameworks. Experience migrating test automation from Selenium to Playwright. Banking or Financial Services domain experience. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation best practices.
