Pension plan with significant employer contribution How You Contribute To Our World Reporting to the General Foreman - Concentrator, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique, and motivating environment. Your primary duties will be: Supervise the team of Concentrator operators. Plan daily operations. Ensure that budgets are respected. Ensure that health and safety, production and environmental objectives are met. Participate in the prioritization of maintenance work and follow up on it. Profile Required Have a college diploma in mineral technology or a relevant discipline. Related training with sufficient experience could be considered. Operational and supervisory experience. What you’ll do

Supervise the team of Concentrator operators and plan daily operations to meet production and environmental objectives. Ensure budgets are respected and coordinate the prioritization of maintenance work.

Requirements

Requires a college diploma in mineral technology or a relevant discipline with operational and supervisory experience. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and working knowledge of both French and English.
