Effectively utilize all sales tools and promotion and actively participate in incentives and programs. Make prospecting an integral part of regular routine * Service Oriented: Interacts with customers following the guidelines provided through Rogers / Fido programs and standards * Problem-solver: Troubleshoot customer care issues and provides solutions by working with key internal contacts. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved, whether customer service, operational or personnel related to the appropriate department within the company or Rogers Who you are * You are customer focused: high level and distinct skill in customer service and sales * You have strong communication: possess excellent written and verbal communication * You have a growth mindset: Committed to achieving goals and setting new standards * You posses great interpersonal skills: Build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues * You are a collaborator: Bring a great attitude and demonstrate desire to achieve and contribute to the Team What you need * A minimum of 1-year of retail/sales/customer service experience * Be open to workdays, evenings and weekends What you need to Know * As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a Criminal Records Check and ID verification. What you’ll do

The Solution Specialist is responsible for promoting Rogers and Fido products and services to meet or exceed sales targets. They also provide high-quality customer service by troubleshooting issues and finding effective solutions for customers.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service. Applicants must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
