Position Title: Administrative Assistant (Office)
Regent Christian Academy Society serves children and families across our campus schools, online school, and early learning programs. We focus on strong academics, whole-child development, and a Christ-centred environment where students grow in character and purpose. Our teams work hard, care deeply, and move fast to support a growing and dynamic school community.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Overview: A short-term summer role providing essential clerical support to the school office. This position is designed for a young professional or student looking to gain experience in office administration and school operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support front-desk operations by handling phone inquiries and greeting visitors.
· Assist with the organization of student files and digital records for the new school year.
· Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, mail outs, and data entry.
**Core Competencies **
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent verbal communication and a helpful, Christ-centred attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:
● Pay: CA $19.85 hourly
● Benefits: Extended Health & Dental, Pension plan available upon eligibility.

· Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple small tasks, such as filing, sorting, and data entry, in a timely manner.
