Benefits & Perks Guaranteed base salary of $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and education New business and renewal commissions, plus performance bonuses Extended health benefits coverage Dedicated onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development Account management support as your book of business grows Responsibilities Generate leads through proactive cold calling and outbound outreach Develop and maintain relationships with clients across sectors such as real estate, retail, manufacturing, contractors, and more Promote and sell commercial property, auto, CGL, and other policies Collaborate with a support team of insurance professionals Meet and exceed sales targets for both new and renewal business Qualifications Outbound sales experience is required Active AIC or RIBO license is a plus but not mandatory Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently or with team support This is not an inside sales role; focus on external outreach and relationship building
