The Lighting Coordinator supports rebate-related activities by managing pre-approvals and submissions, monitoring federal and provincial rebate programs, and providing expect guidance to staff and customers.

Major Responsibilities:

• Process, manage and maintain reports associated with rebate pre-approvals and submissions.
• Keep abreast of federal and provincial rebates and associated programs.
• Provide rebate expertise to staff and customers when needed.
• Resolve issues relating to data entry errors from branches that cause rebate claim rejections.
• Be presented with a quote or order and determine what products have rebates and what the rebate amounts are.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Grade 12 education; however, preference will be given to individuals with a technical or post-secondary education background.
• Attention to detail is a must-have. This job is very spreadsheet intensive.
• Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exhibits excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Practice excellent spoken and written communications and interpersonal skills.
• Works well within a small group
• Ability to work under pressure and experience managing multiple requests.
• Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Must be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people in a busy office environment with minimum supervision.

Working Conditions

• Ability to attend and conduct presentations/webinars.
• Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
• Overtime as required.
