Job Description
As the Bowl F&B Supervisor of Stock - Food & Drink, you'll offer visionary leadership, fostering an engaged team committed to delivering quality, efficiency, and exceptional service. Your role encompasses overseeing day-to-day operations effectively and efficiently, with a crucial focus on employee training.
Starting Rate: $22.22 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $23.77
Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Stock - Food & Drink Restaurant Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Having full knowledge of menu items and pricing
- Handling all cash and credit card transactions from guests in an efficient and accurate manner
- Ensuring stocking Bowl Valley amenities
- Ensuring the shoe rentals are appropriately handled and accounted for
- Ensuring that lanes booking is handles appropriately/assign as needed/well maintained
- Assist guests/ members in reference to their score sheets, when required
- Ensuring that Bowl Valley Area Machines are in an operational and functional manner at all times, assist or perform in stripping and conditioning bowling lanes and pin decks and other Machine/Lane related duties
- Manage a team of 5-10 staff members including scheduling, operations and daily duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, hospitality degree or entertainment degree/recreational will be considered an asset
- Previous guest service experience including point of sale system experience preferred
- Five pin bowling knowledge will be considered an asset
- Computer experience is preferred
- This job required to be able to stand long hours and lift up to 50lbs in some instances
