Hi there! We’re Aykah Furniture (www.aykah.ca) and we’re looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our in-store team and grow with us.

As a Sales Associate at Aykah Furniture, you’ll be the face of our showroom - welcoming customers, guiding them through our collections, and helping them find pieces that feel right for their homes. You’ll combine product knowledge with a personalized approach to create a seamless shopping experience, while supporting daily store operations and contributing to our continued growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greet and engage walk-in customers, providing personalized advice and product recommendations Handle customer inquiries via email, messages, and phone with a professional and helpful tone Post and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace using your personal account to drive customer engagement Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom with well-organized product displays Process transactions accurately (cash, credit/debit, and digital payments) Support team members and collaborate on daily store operations

Who You Are

Experienced in retail sales (2+ years preferred) Experienced in customer service (1–3 years preferred) A confident communicator who loves building customer relationships Comfortable using your personal Facebook account to post and manage Marketplace ads Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven Able to work weekends and occasional evenings Tech-savvy with strong multitasking and computer skills Fluent in English (written and verbal); a second language is a bonus!

Eligible to work in Canada (Work Permits, PRs, and Citizens only – no students)

Nice to Have

Previous experience in customer service (1–3 years) Class 5 driver’s license
