About the Role
The Administrative Coordinator provides a broad range of confidential administrative and operational support within the President's Office portfolio, with a particular focus on coordinating and supporting the confidential presidential search process. The role is responsible for managing sensitive and confidential information; providing administrative support to search-related committees and activities; coordinating office operations and processes; and contributing to the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and administrative practices. The role serves as a key resource for stakeholders on administrative and operational matters across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. They excel at coordinating complex activities, building relationships with diverse stakeholders, and handling confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Full Job Description
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts, Education or a related discipline and two years of related experience, including project management, finance and administration, office operations, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle highly confidential information and material with discretion. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

The pay range is the span between the minimum and maximum base salary for the position. The midpoint of the range is approximately halfway between the minimum and the maximum and represents an employee that possesses full job knowledge, qualifications and experience for the position.
