**Job Title:**HVAC Mechanic G1

**Location:**Belleville or Kingston, Ontario

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Hvac Mechanic G1 to join our growing service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial and commercial boiler systems and associated combustion equipment.

This role requires strong technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial and commercial boiler systems
• Perform combustion analysis and burner adjustments
• Install and commission new boiler equipment and controls
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and combustion-related issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
• Ensure all work complies with Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) regulations and Ontario safety codes
• Complete detailed service reports and documentation
• Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and office staff
• Participate in on-call rotation as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• 313A Journeyman License required
• Valid G1 Gas Technician License (Ontario) – Required
• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial/commercial boiler experience
• Strong knowledge of combustion systems, flame safeguards, and burner controls
• Experience with steam and hydronic heating systems
• Electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with clean abstract
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-pressure steam boilers
• Experience with PLC-based burner management systems
• Welding or pipefitting experience (asset)
• Refrigeration or additional trade certifications (asset)
