Full-Time: Average 4-5 shifts per week

Shifts anywhere from 8:45am to 9:15pm; weekend work required
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As an Aquatics Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the friendly faces that sets the tone for memorable resort experiences. You'll help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere where guests feel cared for, excited, and ready to enjoy their time by the water. Your role keeps the fun flowing-from greeting guests to supporting smooth operations across our aquatic spaces.

Welcoming guests with a smile and providing wristbands, lockers, keys, and fresh towels to start their visit off right.

Handling cash and payments with confidence and accuracy, ensuring every transaction is smooth and seamless.

Providing warm, knowledgeable, and professional assistance over the phone and in person-helping guests feel taken care of from the very first "hello."

Using our booking and point‑of‑sale systems to ring in guests, schedule swim lessons, reserve birthday party spaces, and manage season pass memberships.

Sharing your expertise by offering helpful guidance on swim programs, lessons, events, and all the aquatic fun we offer.

Maintaining our beautiful resort spaces by tidying entrances, lobbies, multi‑purpose rooms, first-aid areas, pools, decks, and change rooms - ensuring everything looks inviting for the next wave of guests.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Previous customer service experience required

Standard First Aid and CPR 'C' preferred

Must be able to work effectively as part of a team

Must be able to communicate effectively with all ages

Must be able to attend mandatory training on June 16, 2026 from 4pm-7pm
