Main Responsibilities:

-       Perform necropsies on various animal species.

-       Participate in study preparation (protocols, planning, documentation).

-       Plan and coordinate departmental activities, including technicians’ schedules.

-       Provide training and technical support to the team.

-       Ensure data quality, compliance, and traceability.

-       Perform or supervise equipment maintenance and calibration.

-       Contribute to continuous improvement of practices and the development of new methods.

-       Write or review internal procedures (MON).

-       Ensure compliance with GLP standards and established protocols.

-       Participate in all other activities related to departmental operations.

-       Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements:

-       DEC in Animal Health (TSA) or equivalent training.

-       Minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience, including performing necropsies in a GLP environment.

-       Strong knowledge of laboratory standards and good practices.

-       Bilingual required (French and intermediate English) — approximately 30% of time communicating with English-speaking clients.

Salary: From $27 to $30 per hour, depending on experience
