About Sierra Spray Painting Ltd.
Sierra Spray Painting, established in 1996 by Robert Conte, carries forward a legacy of craftsmanship and dedication. As the son of a landed immigrant from Italy and a third-generation painter, Robert was raised with the values of hard work and precision. From a young age, he mastered the art of painting surfaces using conventional tools, brushes, rollers, and meticulous surface preparation, under the guidance of his father, who always emphasized one principle: take pride in everything you do, because your work speaks louder than words.
These values are the cornerstone of Sierra Spray Painting’s success and the foundation for the trust we have built in the industry. We continue to uphold the highest standards of workmanship, ensuring that each project meets and exceeds expectations. Our commitment to quality is not just a promise, it’s a legacy we honor every day. Sierra has a proven history of meeting the high demands and stringent lead times for the Aerospace industry requirements.
Sierra has achieved our AS9100 standard following strict quality control procedures. For the last two years, Sierra has completed work for a large majority of the major manufacturers in the Aerospace industry with full approvals (see approval list) for their painting processes. Our proven successful history, along with obtaining the prestigious AS9100 certification, is allowing our company to reach our goals as an industry leader.
