About the role
Our client has been a trusted leader in transportation services across Canada for nearly 60 years. They are now seeking 3 dedicated and independent Operations Admins to join their team. If you're looking to leverage your administrative and organizational skills in a new opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you! Both morning and afternoon shifts are available.

Main Tasks:
- Perform temperature checks for all reefer-controlled units.
- Process system OS&Ds (overages, shortages, and damages) and skid counts for dock staff.
- Support warehouse supervisors with staff scheduling and workflow coordination.
- Prepare shipping and receiving documentation.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.

Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of Truckmate software (an asset).
- Access to a vehicle.
Salary: $22 per hour Schedule: Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Occasional overtime may be required). Status: Temporary
