Our client has been a trusted leader in transportation services across Canada for nearly 60 years. They are now seeking 3 dedicated and independent Operations Admins to join their team. Main Tasks:

• Perform temperature checks for all reefer-controlled units.
• Process system OS&Ds (overages, shortages, and damages) and skid counts for dock staff.
• Support warehouse supervisors with staff scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Truckmate software (an asset).
• Access to a vehicle.

Salary: $22 per hour Schedule: Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Occasional overtime may be required). Status: Temporary
