This role focuses on designing, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated conveyor control systems used in high-volume industrial and material handling operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with <strong><strong>industrial automation</strong></strong>, <strong><strong>PLC-based conveyor controls</strong></strong>, and fast-paced operational environments.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop, program, and maintain <strong><strong>Allen-Bradley PLC logic</strong></strong> for <strong><strong>belt conveyor systems</strong></strong> and automated material handling equipment.</li><li>Configure and troubleshoot <strong><strong>PLC control systems</strong></strong>, I/O modules, sensors, drives, and industrial automation networks.</li><li>Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of <strong><strong>conveyor automation systems</strong></strong>.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve faults in <strong><strong>belt conveyor automation systems</strong></strong> and <strong><strong>PLC-driven material handling equipment</strong></strong>.</li><li>Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to improve automated conveyor performance, uptime, and reliability.</li><li>Perform system testing, debugging, and validation of <strong><strong>PLC ladder logic</strong></strong> and automation control programs.</li><li>Maintain documentation for PLC programs, control schematics, and automation system configurations.</li><li>Provide technical support for conveyor operations, automation upgrades, and control system improvements.</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a PLC Programmer in <strong><strong>industrial automation</strong></strong>, <strong><strong>conveyor systems</strong></strong>, or <strong><strong>material handling systems</strong></strong>.</li><li>Strong expertise with <strong><strong>Allen-Bradley PLCs</strong></strong>, including <strong><strong>RSLogix</strong></strong>, <strong><strong>Studio 5000</strong></strong>, or similar programming platforms.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong><strong>belt conveyors</strong></strong>, automated conveyor equipment, or large-scale <strong><strong>material handling systems</strong></strong>.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot <strong><strong>PLC-based control systems</strong></strong>, sensors, drives, VFDs, and industrial networks.</li><li>Knowledge of automation troubleshooting, system integration, and <strong><strong>control panel wiring</strong></strong>.</li><li>Experience supporting large-scale <strong><strong>conveyor automation environments</strong></strong> is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in operational environments with minimal downtime.</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>Experience with <strong><strong>HMI/SCADA systems</strong></strong> integrated with PLC automation.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong><strong>motor drives</strong></strong>, <strong><strong>VFDs</strong></strong>, and <strong><strong>conveyor control systems</strong></strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with industrial Ethernet networks such as <strong><strong>EtherNet/IP</strong></strong>.</li><li>Background in <strong><strong>automation commissioning</strong></strong> and <strong><strong>system integration</strong></strong>.</li></ul><p> </p><p><em><strong><strong>conveyor systems</strong></strong></em><em><em>, </em></em><em><strong><strong>belt conveyors</strong></strong></em><em><em>, </
