Aider à la direction des processus dans l’aire des caisses et les rayons, répondre aux problèmes et aux demandes de renseignements, et contribuer au développement des associés grâce à l’enseignement et à la formation. Garantir un service à la clientèle de haut niveau tout en assurant l’exécution des tâches.
Planifier et exécuter les activités du rayon selon la charge de travail et les fonctions opérationnelles, et apporter son aide dans l’aire de vente si nécessaire.

Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.

Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed ie. Safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, theft etc.

Handles customer and associate concerns and provides guidance as required.

Delegate, assist and follow up overall front-end operations, ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks.

Review completed schedules with People Lead.

Tours assigned areas with the Coach and team associates to alidate and identify training opportunities. Develops associates through teaching and training and provides feedback as needed.

Ensure strong communication with associates, leads the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift, and provide the team with updates, set goals, and track productivity. ie scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs and initiatives, discounts, credit card service, Walmart Protection Plan, charity events, etc.

Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.

Complete GTA/Workday tasks and supports Management.

Partner with Coach/People Lead to facilitate performance management and growth conversations for Associates. Supports recruiting and hiring new associates.
The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19.25.
