Role Description
This is a Contract full-time, on-site Hairstylist role located at our salon in Brantford, ON. The Hairstylist will offer a variety of hair care and styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments, while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, applying techniques suited to individual needs, and ensuring proper use of tools and products. Additional duties involve maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas, staying updated on the latest styling trends and techniques, and contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hair Styling, cutting, and coloring, as well as expertise in Hair Care
- Cosmetology certification or relevant professional training
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience
- Effective Communication skills to consult with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to stay updated on fashion and beauty trends
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Experience in sustainable or eco-friendly beauty practices is a plus
- Must have Cosmetology- Hairstyling Diploma or equivalent
