ABOUT THE ROLE

The Concierge at The City of Lougheed Amenity Centre is the front-facing representative of the SHAPE brand. This role focuses on assisting residents, managing amenity and guest suite bookings, and ensuring a high standard of service within the Amenity Centre.

The Concierge works closely with the Head Concierge, Security, and Cleaning Staff to support the daily operations of the Amenity Centre and provide a professional, welcoming experience for residents and guests.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
• Manage amenity and guest suite bookings
• Coordinate move-ins/outs including elevator and loading bay scheduling
• Respond to resident inquiries in person, by phone, and email
• Monitor Amenity Centre usage and report issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with management
• Support events and daily operations of the Amenity Centre
• Ensure Amenity Centre spaces are maintained to a high standard and report any issues
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Confident handling difficult situations with discretion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (multilingual is an asset)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Required Training and Experience

• Previous concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred

Working Conditions

This position is a Fixed-Term Part-Time position to be filled as soon as possible.

HOURS: FRIDAY & SATURDAY & SUNDAY | 3:30PM – 12AM (MIDNIGHT)

-3-months Fixed-Term with a possibility of extension

Hourly Wage: $22.55/hour
